We endeavour to post same day wherever possible provided the order is received before 1pm Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).
Creation of a Contract
The creation of a contract will only have deemed to have taken place once Just Kidding have emailed you to confirm your order and that the items are in stock.
Just Kidding endeavours to keep its stock details as up to date as possible. On occasions, however, because items are also available to purchase from our shop, an item ordered online may no longer be available. In this instance a full refund will be given.
Just Kidding will happily ship to an alternative address other than your billing address. However, we do reserve the right to refuse if we have reason to believe the transaction is fraudulent or suspicious. In some cases we will email or telephone you to verify the transaction.
Customers outside the European Union may incur additional taxes and import duties. The customer is solely responsible for any additional charges.

Just Kidding uses PayPal to manage its ecommerce. Please note that you can pay by credit card using the PayPal system without logging in to PayPal. Credit Cards accepted are:
Return and Refund Policy
We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchases, but we know that sometimes you may find that the item is no longer required or appropriate. We are happy to refund your purchases within 14days subject to the following terms and conditions:
Please carry out the following:
- Please inform us prior to returning your order by emailing with the product reference number and your details to info@justkiddingclothing.co.uk.
- Complete the returns form which came with your order
- Ensure you complete the relevant boxes to explain whether you want a refund or exchange, and include the paperwork in the parcel
- Repackage the item carefully and securely
- Send your parcel by a trusted and secure postal delivery service with the appropriate compensation for loss or damage

Please ensure the following conditions are met for a refund or exchange:
- The original receipt must be enclosed with the package
- Where items are returned without a receipt of purchase, no refund can be given
- Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the item is unworn and as new, all labels and tags are attached and include all the original packaging.
- In cases where Just Kidding received returns that are: soiled, with odour, damaged or appear to have been washed, cleaned or repaired, then Just Kidding cannot issue a refund.
- We will gladly refund the full amount of your purchase, provided the above conditions are met and the goods are returned within 14 days of purchase. Goods returned after 14 days will not be accepted.
- Just Kidding reserve the right to refuse to accept returned items that we believe are not in their original condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Just Kidding cannot take any responsibility for packages where postage is unpaid or where the items have been damaged in transit.
To ensure that items reach us safely, please use an assured parcel delivery service, with the appropriate compensation for loss or damage as Just Kidding cannot take any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit,
Just Kidding cannot refund postal charges for unwanted items and all returns postage and shipping costs are payable by the customer. Under no circumstances will Just Kidding bear the cost of any expenses incurred by customers in making a return.
